Not white . . . yet sweet and special Christmas

If you would have asked me a few weeks before of what my Christmas would look like, the only thing I could imagine at that point was watching the Nutcracker . . . ALONE! My sister was so busy with her school, that I thought we’d have to miss Christmas this year. It looked impossible. Somewhere in between I wrote that blog post about letting go and reinveting traditions and somehow that letting go part worked magic! As I look at last week, our Christmas ended up being so special and so amazing, that I wouldn’t have it any other way. We didn’t exactly have Christmas dinner plans, but we ended up having two that night with some very special people to us. We even watched the Nutcraker, together, after me crossing it off the list. Our Christmas wasn’t white, but it was sweet and special! Hope yours was merry, Yuliya
