Admiring the scenery around us, the thick pillows of clouds carried forcefully above the shore, the ocean waves crashing in the many shades of blue, I couldn’t help but agree and be thankful for canceling all of my thoughts of work out and dragging myself to the ocean front! “Is anyone thinking about Sacramento right now?” my brother jokingly asked. It was hard to squeeze in any thought about anything on that peaceful shore, your mind simply rested.
